New Wood Processing Factory to Open with USAID and Sida Support

Dijamanti, one of the largest traders and importers of glued and laminated timber in Kosovo, now will start producing its own. Dijamanti needed an investment for the construction and installation of the factory’s new glued and laminated timber production line, which is going to be done with the help of the grant that they recived from USAID EMPOWER Private Sector.

Njazi Kastrati, owner, said “I already have the buyers; and from now on, instead of imported timber, I will supply them with parts made in Kosovo.”
