🤝 SHPDK Part of the Process for Sector Skills Councils in Kosovo! Yesterday, SHPDK representative Arieta Pozhegu participated in the workshop for validating the feasibility study on Sector Skills Councils in Kosovo, organized by the Matching Skills

💡 The discussions focused on the key findings and recommendations for strengthening cooperation between public institutions and the private sector in developing skills for the labor market.

SHPDK strongly believes that the involvement of industry in such processes is essential for building policies that reflect the real needs of economic sectors.

🌟 Good news — SHPDK was selected as a partner for piloting the sector skills councils model! An important step toward better connecting education and the labor market in Kosovo.
