Wood products from Kosovo are presented at the "M.O.W" International Furniture Fair in Germany
Six companies from Kosovo are participating in the "M.O.W" International Furniture Fair that opened on September 16 in Bad Salzuflen, Germany and will continue until September 20, 2018.
The Kosovo companies that are presenting their products are: "Tefik Çanga", "Albed", "Elnor", "Divani", "Balaj" and "Kelmendi".
USAID Mission Deputy Director Lisa Magno visited this company on the same day. The manager of "Albed" Miftar Veseli, offered him a walk around the production factory and explained their work processes.
"Albed" currently produces bedroom furniture, kitchen cabinets, tables and sofas. It has two stores, one in Vushtrri and one in Fushë Kosovë. This company currently has 40 employees.
The "M.O.W" fair has been organized every year since 1984 and is one of the largest European carpentry fairs that offers opportunities for meetings between traders and the creation of sales chains.
